We are a HUD Direct Endorsed FHA Lender, Fannie Mae approved seller/servicer and GinnieMae Issuer. Approved to do business nationwide and is currently one of the top 25 largest FHA lenders in the country. Operates as three divisions, Retail, Wholesale, and Correspondent Lending.

We are searching for a limited number of strategic partners to extend our retail branch and LO affiliate network. We realize there are many other branch opportunities in the market place. However, we strongly believe that we have a compelling line-up of products, services, systems, procedures, and resources, as well as an economic model to improve your profitability and re-kindle your entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Mortgage Lender
  • Licensed in: ALL 48 States Not in AZ & NV
  • Minimum 5 years industry experience for Branch Manager
  • Office closed loan production > $1 million per month
  • Active NMLS and State License
  • Some Of Our Loan Programs offered are the high balance conforming, government, manufactured home and condominium programs, and our own portfolio products for low FICO FHA, Direct Ginnie MaeFICO down to 580
  • We charge a training fee $250 per closed loan for first year of business or first 50 loans
  • 100% commission on lender retail rate sheet
